  very disappointed in the food and service . food arrived cold we order as a group table it arrived in dribs n drabs. wait was over an hour yes was a busy day but no excuse for luke warm food and cold milkshake that was not cold. spoke to assistant manager his excuse was it was a busy day. sorry that is no excuse when you pay for food you expect it to be high quality and hot food should be hot cold food cold. certainy would not pass health standards. could not recomend this establishment.

  Today we (Grandmother, Daughter and 2 Granddaughters) went shopping at Westfield Chermside and after having fun we decided to have lunch at The Coffee Club - Westfield Chermside. The reason why we have only given 3 stars is after placing our order and waiting to be served for at least 45 minutes, we decided to ask a waitress if she could please check our order. The waitress (in her thirties, thin, hair in a ponytail and olive complexion) responded, “you know this is our busiest time of the day and on top of that it is the start of school holidays” in a very abrupt manner. It would seem we had interrupted her day? The only reason we have given 3 stars is that the food & beverages were good. And the "Basil Fawlty" waitress in the end made us smile with her response, because we elected her manner was not going to spoil the day.
